Following are the Recruiter's Club Basics:

Upon recruiting their first Active Member, Recruiter's Club Members (RCMs) become eligible for recognition and rewards, including:
Forum registration discounts;
Possible room upgrade at upcoming Forums;
And of course, another ribbon for your Forum badge.

We have provided for download a variety of recruiting materials such as recruitment talking points, the IAMC New Member Kit, IAMC fact sheet and links to membership applications.

Recognition and credit for Active Member recruitment is cumulative over the lifetime of the RCM's membership in IAMC. However, if an RCM's IAMC membership lapses for more than 12 months, their recruitment credits return to zero.

You can receive credit for Active Member Recruitment in one of two ways:
When a new Active member fills out an application form, there is a "referred by" option. The RCM must be noted here to receive credit for the new member.
Alternately, an RCM may submit prospective member names not currently on the prospective member list. If the new prospect joins, referring RCM receives recruitment credit.
