The go-go days of the 1990s turned into the go-backwards days of the 2000's. What's next? Can
Ben Bernanke get the economy recovering? Will soaring commodity prices strangle the economy? How will the upcoming election change the economy and tax structure? By "connecting the dots"
of the world economy, Todd Buchholz will help conferees develop a timely vision. Never before
have businesses felt such excruciating pressure to compete. While riding a roller coaster stock
market, firms struggle to raise prices even when their costs increase. Meanwhile, consumers
face ever-higher debt loads. How can your company survive and thrive? Todd Buchholz shows audiences how to anticipate the new trends in the economy and in demographics that open up fresh opportunities for service and technology companies.

Each program’s topic is selected from among proposals submitted by Active members. The Oklahoma City program happens the morning of Sunday, Sept. 14, from 10:00 a.m. through lunch. Who should attend? All Active members and other end-users are invited and urged to participate. Please sign up for the Research Roundtable when you complete the online or hardcopy registration form for the Oklahoma City Professional Forum.
The Peer to Peer combined session under the tent at Amelia Island.
Peer-to-Peer
Peer-to-Peer Peer-to-Peer is an IAMC trademark combining low-key professional network-ing with high-value education in a small-group learning environment. Post-conference attendee evaluations show that Peer-to-Peer is routinely one of the most popular Professional Forum programs. In this program, corporate end-users, service provid-ers and economic developers mix, make new acquaintances and get to know each other in a format in which table groups discuss important real estate issues. In addition, time is allocated for corporate end-users to meet separately and for service providers with economic developers to have a program focused on their needs.
Get Some Help
A packed house for the Get Some Help program.
At Get Some Help, moderators pre-sent real-time corporate real estate questions and concerns raised by IAMC Active members within 30 days of the Fo-rum to an audience of end-users, service providers and economic developers for suggestions, solutions and discus-sion. The format is lively and attendee participation is expected. The session is intended to be interactive and spark discussion rather than providing absolute answers, so the moderator restricts the time for each topic. Oklahoma City will be Get Some Help’s eighth offering.
