Our program will begin meeting at the Courtyard Marriott Historic District (125 Calhoun St., Charleston, SC 29401) to register and perform an introduction to IAMC. Immediately following, we will depart for Boeing South Carolina where we will take a behind the scenes tour and learn more about Boeing’s decision to select Charleston for the 787 program.
Boeing was founded in 1916 and is a leading producer of military and commercial aircraft. Today, Boeing designs, assembles and supports commercial jetliners, defense systems, satellites and launch vehicles among a variety of other projects.
Following our tour and presentation at Boeing, we will proceed back to the Courtyard Marriott for a networking lunch and continued programming, including, but limited to the following:
- An inside look at the great activity surrounding the Port Authority with Kara Ramsey with the SC Port Authority.
- Get Some Help! IAMC’s acclaimed peer-to-peer knowledge sharing session – come ready with questions you’d like answered by your peers!
Upon completing programming at 4:00 p.m., you are invited to join us for a Cocktail Reception at The Cocktail Club from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
