One of the most spectacular venues west of the Mississippi River is the Lodge on Cheyenne Mountain. Enjoy cocktails on the expansive deck while viewing the peaks of the Rockies to the west and the entire city of Colorado Springs to the east. After dinner, attendees and guests will be served dessert in the cozy warmth of Cheyenne Lodge.

This reception takes place at another spectacular venue, the Mountain View Terrace at Broadmoor West. According to the calendar,
the sun will set at 7:45 pm giving you ample time to enjoy another fabulous view of the Cheyenne Mountains while you sip cocktails and enjoy scrumptious hors d’oeuvres prepared by The Broadmoor’s fantastic catering department.

IAMC is pleased to continue its customizable Personal Guest Program. IAMC is offering personal
guests greater registration flexibility through three tiered options:
- $300 secures attendance at all food & beverage functions, including the Networking Breakfasts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday; Luncheons on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday; Evening Receptions on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday; and the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday.
- $200 grants attendance at the Evening Receptions on Monday* and Tuesday* and the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday.
- $100 affords the option of attendance at the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Sunday* — OR — the Evening receptions on Monday* and Tuesday*.
