Interactive Case Study on Industrial Pre-Lets
An interactive workshop to demonstrate how key commercial pinch-points can be negotiated between an investor landlord and an industrial occupier, both of whom have the goal of achieving a deal but with their own slightly different agendas as far as risk allocation is concerned.
